At MALNI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date you received the product.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@maisonmalni.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Refunds:
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@maisonmalni.com to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
